General terms governing the engagement of binoma’s services.

These terms govern the engagement of the services offered by Pedro Augusto de Faria («Binoma») through this site, in accordance with Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, TRLGDCU) and Ley 34/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE).
The purpose of these terms is the provision of professional services in digital marketing, web design and development, e-commerce, online advertising and branding, according to the quote accepted by the client in each case.
The prices shown on the website are indicative («from») and are set out in each quote. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are quoted without VAT, which will be added where applicable under the regulations in force.
The accepted payment methods are:
To reserve the project, a deposit may be requested, which will be deducted from the final price.
Delivery times (usually between 3 and 5 weeks for a web project) are agreed in the quote and depend on the delivery of materials and the client’s approvals. The client undertakes to provide the necessary information and content in good time and form.
If the client is a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes outside their business activity), they have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without needing to give a reason, in accordance with article 102 of the TRLGDCU.
As exceptions (article 103 of the TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal will not apply when:
To exercise the withdrawal, it is enough to notify us by email at info@binoma.es within the deadline. Amounts not corresponding to services already provided will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
binoma undertakes to provide the services with due professional diligence. The client undertakes to pay the agreed price and to provide the necessary cooperation. Ownership of the deliverables passes to the client once the total price has been paid.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may go to the courts of their place of residence. Likewise, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you of the existence of the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The processing of personal data arising from the engagement is governed by our Privacy Policy.
